Limited Warranty on Hardware

DJPower International LLC warrants its hardware products for (12) months from the date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is rendered void if product has been changed, altered or modified significantly without express written permission from DJPower International LLC. Warranty is void if the product has become defective due to acts of God, negligence, abuse or misuse.

DJPower International LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness of our products for a particular purpose. DJPower International LLC shall not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost income, loss of use, lost data or any sums paid by buyer to third parties. DJPower International LLC reserves the right to repair or replace defective products during the warranty period.

A DJPower International LLC computer system is built, configured and customized for use the the installed DJPower software and accompanied software and hardware components. Changing the system’s configurations, including but not limited to, adding other software and/or hardware to the system, can change the configuration of the system and may cause DJPower and other components not to work at optimal levels and/or may even cause failures in the components. DJPower International LLC will not be responsible for any such changes to its systems and such changes are not covered under the warranty, unless DJPower International LLC makes the changes.

Warranty Conditions: DOA (Defect on Arrival) items must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date for replacement repair. All claims for damage during shipping must be reported within three (3) working days of receipt. Other defective items under warranty (over 30 days) will be serviced and repaired within 10 business days (to the best of our ability) from the day we receive the unit. Warranty DOES NOT cover physical damages cause my mishandling or improper use of the unit. Warranty DOES NOT cover electrical malfunctions, fire, lightning or other hazards. Warranty DOES NOT cover customer, or other party (other than DJPower International LLC) adding additional software and/or hardware.

Warranty Coverage: Parts and Labor for repairing the defective parts. One way shipping to customer via FedEx ground service. Overnight, 2nd day, or 3rd day services will be billed with a shipping charge that equals the difference between desired shipping method and ground.

Warranty Procedures: All return items, including DOA, service, upgrade, credit , exchange or evaluation MUST obtain a Return/Repair Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping.

Warranty Limitations: The following items returned for warranty may be REFUSED if: * Removal of serial number;  * Returned without RMA number; * Improper packing when returned causing physical damage.
